I will present a marketing plan to you, outlining strategies to attract buyers, such as professional photography, staging, and online exposure. I will also gather property details, including size, features, and any upgrades, to craft an appealing listing description. We will discuss your goals, timeline, and any preparations needed to make the home market-ready.

Offer Acceptance & The Closing Table

Once we list your home on the market, it is advertised through online platforms, signage, and marketing materials. I will schedule showings and may hold open houses to attract potential buyers. During showings, interested parties tour the home, either privately or during open house events. As offers come in, I’ll present them to you, helping you evaluate terms, negotiate where needed, and choose the best offer based on price, contingencies, and timing.

When you decide to accept an offer, both you and the buyer agree to sales terms, and both of you will sign a purchase agreement. During this period, inspections, appraisals, and financing contingencies are addressed. The buyer and seller may negotiate repairs or other conditions as necessary. After these agreements are made the attorneys of both parties will prepare contracts for the buyer and seller to sign, putting the home under contract. Once all requirements are met, the sale proceeds to closing, where final paperwork is signed, funds are transferred, and ownership of the property officially changes hands.
